about me
| as you’ve probably noticed, my name is lumi! i’m a 24 year old forest elf working on her masters in social work. my concentration is in trauma-informed practice. i’m a mental health advocate and a strong believer of keeping 18+ spaces 18+.
| i’m pretty bad at playing video games, i cuss a lot, and have a…different laugh. i play a lot of different games, but final fantasy xiv will always hold a place in my heart as one of my favorite games of all time.
| my life was filled with hardships growing up, thus i cope with dark humor. i’m physically & mentally in a better place than i ever was, but that doesn’t negate the fact that sometimes, i need to joke a little about the hard things i went through. if that isn’t something you’re comfortable with, there are many others i can direct you to with similar vibes as me, but less dark humor.

Live2d terms of service
▸ All prices stated are USD $. This means if you are using a currency outside of the United States, you must convert it to USD ( i.e. £1 = $1.26 ). PayPal will do this for you automatically.▸ I will only accept payment through a PayPal invoice that I will send to your provided email. The only exception is if you are to order through VGen. Do NOT send payment without an invoice. I will consider it a tip and will not refund it.▸ I do not provide the raw Live2D .cmo3 file. This is akin to providing a .psd file when commissioning art. A .cmo3 file contains all of the work I've put into a model and I'm unwilling to provide this for free. If you are adamant that you want the file, it is going to be three times the final price. This is unavailable for Tier 1 rigging.▸ You must have a .psd file that is ready to be rigged. If you're unsure, you can send it to me via email and I can look it over and let you know. A rig ready .psd will contain multiple layers of separated items. Click here for an example. The more layers there are, typically the more I can make move. Make sure that if you're paying for a Tier 3 rig, that any accessories you have are appropriately separated. Having an artist that is willing to make changed is highly recommended.▸ I recommend paying half up-front, then half when the product is finished. However, I will accept full payment up-front. Additionally, payment plans are available but please be aware that you will be unable to receive the completed model until payment is made in full. We will discuss what works best for you and your situation.▸ I am willing to accept commissions with a Non-Disclosure Agreement--however I will charge an additional 10 percent of the final price. This is different from asking me to refrain from posting teasers or streaming your model.▸ While I do offer Rush fees, I will not always accept them. Depending on the time of year depends on if I'm busy with school or other real-life commitments. If I do accept them, they are only available for Tier 2 & Tier 3 and it will be an additional 50 percent of the final amount.▸ I require credits somewhere on your social media platform. If you stream on Twitch, I require you to credit me in either your panels or description. If you post on Youtube I require you to credit me in the video description. You are not required to credit me on Twitter, but it is recommended. Credit means either linking directly to my Twitter or this website.
refund policy
▸ If I cancel your commission at any stage, I will issue a full refund.▸ A full refund will be provided if you request one before I am able to start on your commission.▸ If you request a refund after I've started your commission, you will receive your money back minus a percentage.↳ For example: If I have done 25% of your Tier 3 rig and you request a refund, you will receive $450 back. 25% of $600 is $150. $600 - $150 = $450.▸ Do NOT issue a charge back. You will be blacklisted from all future services & I will publicly post about it on my Social Medias to warn other Artists, Riggers, Animators, etc.
All money earned is typically spent towards my bills, therefore I do not 'hold' onto money given to me once I have started a commission. All this to say if I do need to issue a refund & I no longer have the money, I will refund it either in payments or when I receive a paycheck from my day job.
My rights
▸ I, the one providing the service, have the right to refuse/cancel any commission I deem that I am unable to finish or provide a quality end-product. While extremely rare, if I were to cancel a commission, it is likely to be due to a personal emergency or a busy life schedule. If I am to refuse your commission, it is likely due to me being unable to provide a desired outcome as you are requesting something outside of my skill range.▸ I, the one providing the service, have the right to include the finished product in my portfolio when it goes public. This includes commissions with non-disclosure agreements.▸ I, the one providing the service, have the right to stream the process of the rig, unless stated otherwise either in a non-disclosure agreement or through request.▸ I, the one providing the service, have the right to post progress videos on my social media or within my discord group, unless stated otherwise either in a non-disclosure agreement or through request.

▸ You, the one paying for the service, have the right to cancel your commission with no questions asked.

▸ You, the one paying for the service, have the right to ask for updates if I have not given you updates within one week of starting the commission or have not communicated with you properly.▸ You, the one paying for the service, have the right to point out any odd movements, textures, etc when looking at progress videos of your model. I strive to deliver a quality final product & will be unable to do so without feed back from the client.▸ You, the one paying for the service, have the right to ask for revisions up to one month after the model has been completed. This is because sometimes I do not catch things that maybe look weird or shouldn't be there after looking at the model for over 25 hours. After one month has passed, if said thing is very noticeable and big, I will still fix it. But if it is a small thing, I will charge $5.

Low-Income Rigging | $150
▸ This is a limited tier where I will open only 2 slots every 6 months. This tier is for those who are considered low-income and want to being their journey with vtubing.▸ I ask these personal questions because there are people out there who will take advantage of resources for low income people when they are of a higher income class. I do not trust the honor system. If you are uncomfortable answering any of these questions, please DM me via Twitter or E-Mail and we can discuss alternative steps.
▸ For this Tier you must be comfortable providing me with:
1. Proof of low-Income ( pay stub )
2. Proof of current bills ( rent, hulu, spotify, car insurance, etc. )
